Dear Parents

Thank you for using the Weblunch debit system.
Our online application provides you with an easy and convenient way to prepay for your child's meals.

How it works

If you are an new user Create a Personalized Account by registering to receive your User ID and Password for future convenience.
You are able to use your email address as your User ID and choose a password of your choice to allow you entry into the system.

Things needed to register:

Your name and address along with the credit or debit card you wish to use to pay for your child's meals.
Your child's School Information, the School name and Address
Your child's name and School Identification numbers.

Login after you have registered using your User ID and password.

Once you have registered you then must assign your child or children to your user account.

To do this please click on Children Administration
Please choose the School District, which your child attends.
Now choose the Campus or School in that district that your child attends.
After making sure you have chosen the correct District and School now you must enter the child's ID number along with the child's first name and last name then click submit. All information must match your child's name, district and campus ID before the system will submit the entry.
Once you see your child's name and information has been submitted it should appear in the Registered Children area below.
You may now proceed to the Post Payment button to place money on your child's account.
Place the amount next to your child's name and click on the add button.
Your recent Transactions will be shown in the Pending Transaction section of the account status page.
After the transactions have been posted on your child's account the transactions are removed from the pending transaction section and the balance on your child's account is modified to reflect the posted amounts.
Log out after your transactions are completed.
